Pros
Convenient only because they offer work from home.
Cons
Pay, yearly annual “merit” raises are not actually based on merit/employee performance, usually it’s just 2%. General salaries and pay grade schedules are not available to employees. Training is a joke. They keep unproductive employees and just pass the work onto others who actually work and are already overworked. Management never solves anything, they often just confuse things more. Everyone has a different answer for the same question. Employee morale is in the toilet.
