Very low pay compared to other organizations, unrealistic expectations, inadequate staffing, no work life balance whatsoever, communication from senior leadership is almost non-existent and the little that does occur is poor. when senior leadership makes decisions about your department that have a huge impact on you and your teams daily operations they do so with absolutely 0 knowledge or consideration. Rather than making an informed decision by involving you in the planning or requesting basic information from you they blindly make decisions and don’t tell you until the last minute. They will blatantly lie to get you to accept a position and will screw you over to promote their own self interest every chance they get. You’re reprimanded for speaking your mind, asking legitimate questions or raising valid concerns. If something goes wrong that’s explicitly their fault you’ll be blamed for it regardless. You can work tirelessly, killing yourself for this company and they’ll still demand more. For your own mental health and well being do yourself a favor and run away from this company as fast as you can.
