      Pros

      Parallon is a fairly new company (broke off from HCA) and has many opportunities to improve. The company has a smaller feel because it is spread out to multiple SSC's around the country. The company seems to hire a decent number of workers with little to no experience and could be a great opportunity for someone looking to enter the healthcare industry.

      Cons

      Overall the pay seems to be about 10% low across the board for all positions.

      Pros

      * Work from Home * Management seems to really care * Career mobility within the company * Company is technology agnostic -- if you have interest in a technology, there is a team using it.

      Cons

      * Large, large company -- sometimes it's a struggle to figure out which team is responsible for a widget. * OMG - beuacratic at times * 401K/PTO/Holidays are slightly below average * Not a bad company -- not a great company
