Where do I even begin? Make sure you read all these reviews and do your research. Talk to people who have worked here. I would say that the positive reviews were paid for, but I know this company is really cheap and also doesn't care, so maybe some folks actually had a good experience, however, if I could give this place a 0 I would. If you are looking for a company with any of these attributes then stay far away: -Values you as an employee and as a person - this company will say they value you, but they are empty words, you are truly a number and a producer to them, also they will hire any living, breathing person for their roles -Values your opinions and will listen to ideas for process improvements or efficiencies - have a great idea? Don't worry - no one will listen because things have always been done a certain way and that's how you do it -Pays well - not even worth going into........do your research -Has a great culture - this company doesn't know what culture is other than work, work, work -Values it's customers - customers (patients) are just a number to this company as well...they only see dollar signs in everything even though they say they treat every patient as a person. There are some employees that do, but they never last long. -Has any employee engagement - I don't even think this company knows the definition of employee engagement. Don't expect any events or anything fun. -You can grow with - only certain people are tapped to move forward. You have to be a management favorite or have an in with someone. If you are looking for a place with these things then this is the place for you: -Poor Management from the top down -A place where your physical and mental health suffers -You are micromanaged -You are not rewarded for hard work -Terrible communication about process changes and information that affects everyone -Working with people who are always miserable -A really old school, hierarchical environment that is completely dominated by old heads, not progressive -Gossipy, cliquey and doesn't care about your individual situation They also say their benefits are great - but compare to other large companies of this size. Not so much . Some may have had great experiences, but this place is soul-sucking and will beat you down to your core until you've had enough. If you are bright and have any respect for yourself, you won't be around long. They will trick you into thinking it's a fantastic opportunity, but I can guarantee you there are so many other companies out there that will treat you with much more respect, dignity and pay a lot more.
