      If time have education opportunities Great opportunity to get C-Level title (6 level of CEOs, everyone seems to have a C-title, like financial industry where everyone is a Vice President.)

      Cons

      Very poor benefits. Surprising since major healthcare company. Benefits can vary depending upon area of organization for similar job Not respectable to employees.

      * Work from Home * Management seems to really care * Career mobility within the company * Company is technology agnostic -- if you have interest in a technology, there is a team using it.

      Cons

      * Large, large company -- sometimes it's a struggle to figure out which team is responsible for a widget. * OMG - beuacratic at times * 401K/PTO/Holidays are slightly below average * Not a bad company -- not a great company
