      Old boys network -who you know in the small club of white male senior leadership is much more important your capability to lead or produce. No interest in diversity.

      Pros

      * Work from Home * Management seems to really care * Career mobility within the company * Company is technology agnostic -- if you have interest in a technology, there is a team using it.

      Cons

      * Large, large company -- sometimes it's a struggle to figure out which team is responsible for a widget. * OMG - beuacratic at times * 401K/PTO/Holidays are slightly below average * Not a bad company -- not a great company
