good experience - Project Manager Parallon Employee Review

Great place to work. Staff are knowledgeable and kind.

There are no Cons. If you enjoy researching and investigating you will love this position.

Work from home is a plus. Hours are daytime with weekends off.

Terrible Manager. Makes you feel unwelcome and co workers are afraid to ask questions or stand up for themselves. Micromanaging is a huge priority to management. The pay is low and no chance of raises or bonus of any sort. You better be a fast learner as it's a one and done. If you don't understand they make you feel bad about asking questions or needing more help. New sites being added but no new hires. We just are told work harder/ faster and the expectations are You WILL get it done. High stress and constant SOP changes. An updated manual would be great. Written instructions for your position. Step by step. Not much room for advancement, only parallel positions.
