      Pros

      Decent pay, bonuses, benefits. Nice office. Ok equipment and supplies.

      Cons

      Sweatshop work ethic. Chained to your computer. Literally no time to talk or have fun. Quotas initially unrealistic for "average Joes". Lots of pressure trying to get to "minimum standards". Individual productivity numbers posted daily for all to see, including visitors. Really, really bad job choice for the wide-eyed, young and energetic.

      Pros

      * Work from Home * Management seems to really care * Career mobility within the company * Company is technology agnostic -- if you have interest in a technology, there is a team using it.

      Cons

      * Large, large company -- sometimes it's a struggle to figure out which team is responsible for a widget. * OMG - beuacratic at times * 401K/PTO/Holidays are slightly below average * Not a bad company -- not a great company
