You will never catch up. You will never have a feeling of accomplishment because you are always behind. You have to learn how to work about 11 hrs of work into a 8 hr shift with no overtime. If you do have overtime you will be reprimanded for milking the clock,eventhough your mgr/supervisor said to get accts done or you will get written up for not completing your 60+ accts a day. When you apply for job you are told phone is very minimal everything is done via software programs. This is a lie you will be on phone all day. You will be using 3 different monitors simultaneously on different softwares while expected to work up to three accts at the same time while on the phone with up to two different reps from different companies. Hold times can be two hrs long to complete one acct.
