Pros
Industry Experience, nice co workers, company is backed by HCA so security of company going out of business is not an issue, Once in leadership there are lots of promotion opportunities (this is a mixed thing), health insurance is decent.
Cons
Horrible atmosphere, training is very hit and miss for almost all departments, company is expanding WAY faster than it is able to maintain, If salaried you are expected to live on your computer even when "not at work", no work like balance, huge turnover both on staff level and leadership level, Senior Management is totally unaware of anything happening outside of their reports. The amount of work needed to be completed vs. staffing is way off. People are jumping ship as soon as they can adding to even more chaos. Recruiters will fight to pay you as little as possible, raises are <3%, pay is well below similar companies nationally and locally.
