Pros
Multiple departments for you to gain experience in within the health care revenue cycle.
Cons
The leadership team, directors ad executives, are completely out of touch with the workforce. They expect people to work 60 hour work weeks for little pay. The systems are antiquated and most directors do not know a single thing about the departments that they are over. The executive team wants "yes" people in director positions, not those with the ability to think on their own. The 2002 business model is why this company has so much turnover. How can a person work for a company for over 20 years and only make $18 per hour? It's 2015 not 2002.
