Pros
The paid time off policy is great! Depending on your tenure you can accrue from 7 to 9 hours a pay period.
Cons
All too often, the kind of experience you have there is based on your manager. They can be either really great or really nasty. The benefits are horrible. We are now with the benefit package we were told to avoid all these years as the only option. The bonus plan leaves much to be desired and tends to reward those who like to cheat the system.
