Pros
Great place if you are looking to stretch yourself professionally. They work so "lean" that if you want to run with a project to build your skill set, you definitely will have plenty of opportunities to do so. Work schedule pretty flexible and co-workers are fabulous and hard working.
Cons
The environment is stressful and challenging...everyday without fail. Lots of turnover! Senior Leadership/Executive Leadership have no vision and lead using a fear mentality. Even if employee's wanted to be loyal to the org they wouldn't know who or what to be loyal to. There is a class system. Execs very out of touch with the staff level employees. No vision...no message...no presence. It's a launching pad for your career at best...you'd die from being worked to death before you could ever retire from here anyway.
