Profits over people - Manager Parallon Employee Review

Low pay, inadequate resources. Technology lags. Overworked and underpaid. People who work here are unhappy and unappreciated and therefore, not nice to work with. Leadership gives promotions to friends, favorites, and newbies instead of seasoned professionals. Profits come first and merit doesn't matter. Even when all goals are met or exceeded, everyone is given only a 2% raise so it's difficult to ever move up. Leaders in healthcare by way of profit only, excellent customer service and patient care take a backseat.
