Mental health killer - Patient Access Parallon Employee Review

• Higher management thinks of you as a joke and a slave • HIGH turnover rate • Racist coworkers • Not paid enough • Poor management • Disorganized • Rude higher ups who don’t take you into consideration • Not enough time for lunch or not having one at all The list truly does go on, there is a reason there is such a high turnover rate. Not just for this department but for all of them. Management is a joke, and don’t take their workers into consideration. They overwork their workers then treat them like garbage. I have never worked in such an unprofessional setting and environment. I would not recommend anyone to work or be a patient here. They are extremely short staffed, however they manage to fire colleagues and coworkers over the smallest things, then make others pick up the slack and their mess. Working here was the most mentally draining experience I’ve had, I questioned my sanity. Work/life balance does not exist here. Leaving this place was the best thing I did for myself, and I want others to know so they don’t end up in the same predicament that I did because they lie during the interview and build this image that is far from the truth.
