No advancement, low pay, back to back calls, management lack of knowledge This company is so inconsiderate, managers and supervisors too much control over the employees success. Most of the leaders have no clue about anything some will even tell you they don’t know when you ask a question. Not sure if they are being lazy or just don’t want to help you. On the other hand they expect us to find the answer to everything because it’s in the manual. When you apply for a transfer they are made aware and I trully believe they do prevent you from moving up. They just want you to sit and take calls after calls after calls 90, 100 even 100 plus some days and collect payments. When i started with the company in 2019, it seems like a great company with room for improvement but I realized it doesn’t matter what you know or what degree you have, if you don’t know or suck up to anyone in management you will remain in your entry level position as longs as you are with the company.

* Work from Home * Management seems to really care * Career mobility within the company * Company is technology agnostic -- if you have interest in a technology, there is a team using it.

Cons

* Large, large company -- sometimes it's a struggle to figure out which team is responsible for a widget. * OMG - beuacratic at times * 401K/PTO/Holidays are slightly below average * Not a bad company -- not a great company
