Pros
Flexible hours and a good company to work for if you like being comfortable in one position for a long time.
Cons
Where do I begin? Micromanaging is at an all time high, pay sucks, people are promoted that doesn't deserve it. The company doesn't seem to care about the employees at all. We were recently told that we couldn't give management any types of gifts. You may get a .30 raise if you're lucky. They focus more on upgrading the building buying chairs, paint, putting up big pictures, redoing the break room and leaving us without access to microwaves or refrigerators.
