Cons
Executive leadership in HR specifically are very unprofessional and play favorites. If you don’t feed into their egos, you wont get far in the department. Do yourself a favor and work for the locations in FL. Much more professional and eager to listen to constructive ideas and assist in career growth. Corporate is same old same old. They try to be cool and trendy but internally it’s all the same old mentality of who you know. If you’re focused on your work and having integrity and truly wanting to do what’s best for the company and those you support, you will feel defeated while working at corporate. Get in at an SSC where they are goal oriented and open to suggestions.
