Pros
Co-Workers that are on your team
Cons
They care about numbers, not people. Expect to be micromanaged with little training - you're basically thrown in and expected to hit targets right away. Managers talk down to you like you're a kid, not a professional. Don't count on moving up unless you're in the inner circle - they mostly promote their favorites. Most folks have been there forever and have no clue how to communicate respectfully or include different perspectives. They keep important information to themselves, making your job harder than it needs to be. Bottom line: if you just need a paycheck and can put up with being treated like a production machine rather than a human being, it's a job barely make enough to live on. If you want respect and growth, look elsewhere." The health insurance is HORRIBLE and EXPENSIVE and you can only be seen at a HCA facility or you pay 20% of all services and I barely make enough to live and can not even afford the premium let alone the additional amount and deductible.
