Pros

Opportunities in every department for advancement, ability to grow with training, support, and recognition for achievement. People are the BIGGEST asset. Stable, financially sound, progressive company growing at a steady pace means positions are continually being created. State of the Art products, warranties, and workmanship offer a "once done permanent solution" for clients, so feeling good about the service provided to customers is the end result of your efforts.

Cons

"With greatness comes responsibility..." In other words, with such an established company , built on a reputation for excellence, there are no days off from responsibility , so if you like to "coast" , this is not the company for you.

Pros

The opportunity is what you make of it. There is opportunity there, but it looks like hard work and accountability. If you submit yourself to the process and look at all of the good things, you can become a part of it.

Cons

There are plenty of areas that could use improvement, but if you are complaining about processes and procedures, you probably need to address the issues in the mirror first. Yes, there are issues, but the reality is that every company has issues. If you want to complain, then do so, but realize that everything you are complaining about in the company is an opportunity for you to shine.
