Pros

- stocked kitchen (soda, coffee, snacks, - 5 guys friday (once a month) - flexible work schedule - if you get on management's good side, you'll be treated well

Cons

- senior management is not trustworthy (young guys who don't have much prior experience outside of Parature making uninformed uneducated decisions) - a very demotivating culture (some folks are extremely smart and motivated, others are stuck in their jobs and unwilling to grow and work hard and it impacts the team's morale) - not much room to advance or to be compensated adequately, promotions and raises are given when people threaten to leave

People at Parature are nice and easy to work with Product is solid - competes with the big players in the industry Access to Executive Management Fun culture with events throughout the year Fully stocked kitchen and many in-office lunches Ability to take on multiple responsibilities and have a role in overall company success Pet friendly atmosphere

Cons

Some bumps in the past but the company has rode those out and great things are already in place
