Laid back culture, very talented and hardworking people, fair compensation and benefits; love that it is very well managed and organized and roles and responsiblities are well defined.

Cons

Company is having financial issues and laid off 20% of the staff; which isn't unexpected for a company financed on venture capital going through tough economic times. Otherwise, great place to work.

People at Parature are nice and easy to work with Product is solid - competes with the big players in the industry Access to Executive Management Fun culture with events throughout the year Fully stocked kitchen and many in-office lunches Ability to take on multiple responsibilities and have a role in overall company success Pet friendly atmosphere

Cons

Some bumps in the past but the company has rode those out and great things are already in place
