Pros
Remote, decent pay, coworkers were helpful when you are new, there were some really amazing managers and supervisors
Cons
Disorganized a lot of the time, even though it's simple to deliver a package through the system (I've used the controls remotely) , couriers are always messing up deliveries leading to lost or stolen packages, lots of technical issues with the systems/units which leads to upset residents and properties and no where near enough technical support workers or technicians to solve the problems. Thieves have started figuring out how to pry the lockers open to steal a whole apartment complex worth of packages and it's just a disaster Upper management just pushes metrics for call times and doesn't seem too concerned about providing amazing customer service, like they did when I started. Some residents were in a call queue for over 2 hours, and you're expected to rush through the calls and pass them off to a follow up team, who has never talked to the person, and is likely so busy with most calls needing to be sent to the follow up team,( and maybe 2-3 people trying to work through them daily), they are not being followed up with properly and then people are calling back in to complain. I loved the job at first, but once the real changes started happening from when Quadient bought them out , it was all so bureaucratic and they lost sight of why the company was started - to make things easier on properties and residents.
