Thank you for sharing your perspective. We appreciate your recognition of our benefits package. I'm concerned about the challenges you experienced. At Parexel, we value empowerment and respect, and it's clear we didn't fully deliver on these values during your time with us. The clinical research industry faces increasing complexities and evolving demands, but we should be best equipped to help our teams navigate these challenges. Your insights on our systems and leadership are valuable as we work to improve both areas and bring fresh perspectives to our work. If you'd like to share more specific insights that could help us improve, please contact me at Tom.McGoldrick@Parexel.com. Your experience matters to us and will help shape our ongoing efforts to create a better workplace.

Pros

Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

Cons

no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )

Pros

The only pro is that they offer remote work.

Cons

I would give zero stars if I could, but since I can’t, I’m forced to give one. They seem to have layoffs almost every year. Their US-based pharmacovigilance team was also affected in 2024 and 2025. It really feels like a hire-and-fire culture.
