      Pros

      Very strong CRO, great financial performance and growth. great training programs and support, fair talent reviews and very good career opportunities.

      Cons

      Big company, things take time to implement, many new systems and SOP updates all the time, which reduces efficiencies. Line management doesn't have a real insight into people's work.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
