      Pros

      -Fellow team members are very positive and uplifting to work with. -If you have questions , you can get lots of help from other team members for answers -Take your meetings from home -Role teaches you how to display effective time management.

      Cons

      - Lastly, high stress for no reason, and mostly due to upper management. -The training for SMT is not very effective and they expect you to cram a lot of information in your head within a small amount of time.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
