      Many junior opportunities that allow people with no experience to gain valuable set of skills in biotech which opens up other opportunities within the field

      Cons

      Lack of training to mid level professionals and constant sense of urgency to complete tasks to meet the deadlines. Very process driven

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
