      Pros

      Good place to get your foot in the door after graduating, if you are interested in pursuing a career with the biotech industry. Sadly, that is the only good thing I can say about this place.

      Cons

      1. Cube space stinks, Stale environment 2. Cranky and unfriendly co-workers. Some are very immature. 3. Evident Cronyism in regard to promotions 4. Salary doesn't even make the cut to the standard base of what it should be

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
