      Many managers are open to telecommuting Supportive managers who are interested in helping you further your career A good place to learn about the pharmaceutical industry

      Cons

      The better you do your job, the more work they give you. High potential for burnout Not great at providing training in real time. A lot of training upfront for work you will not do for months or longer Not great at implementing change. Do not utilize 'change agents' to help support new roll-outs

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
