      Pros

      Good benefits, flex hours and work from home opportunities. Interesting work.

      Cons

      Constant threat of layoffs after two major layoffs make this not a stable company to work at. The increases in 2017 were 0 - 1.5%. I would advise against taking a position with this company unless you are seeking experience. Great place to learn and leave.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
