      Pros

      A good initial stepping stone to gain insight into the clinical trial process. Provides hands-on experience in learning how to provide good customer service. Opportunities given to those who are persistent in applying for them. Friendly coworkers and managers for the most part.

      Cons

      Not always invested in every employee's career growth and potential. Career growth could be something improved upon since it seems there are more management than non-management options for employees.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
