Pros

-Coworkers are reliable and hardworking and dependable (at lower levels) -work from home options are beneficial -that's about it

Cons

-management is very confused about what exactly goes into starting clinical sites up and the timelines required -management has a major disconnect at demands placed on CRAs/CMAs or CSMs/iCSMs - too much work to do, with no backup or explanation or guidance from project leadership or upper management because they are all confused about the processes and how clinical sites work -upper management ignores major glaring issues and mistreatment by line managers, project leaders which leads to faster burnout and high turnover rate, leaving staff more stressed with less resources and leaving sites frustrated with constant changes in contacts... - I could go on an on.

Pros

Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

Cons

no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )

Pros

The only pro is that they offer remote work.

Cons

I would give zero stars if I could, but since I can’t, I’m forced to give one. They seem to have layoffs almost every year. Their US-based pharmacovigilance team was also affected in 2024 and 2025. It really feels like a hire-and-fire culture.
