      I like my line manger and my job.

      Cons

      Inefficient HR and very weak benefits department. It.s impossible to speak to a representative. Everything is done tratuhrough an IT ticket. If you open a ticket they close it and never follow-up. So frustrating to get answers,

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
