Completely remote position, excellent graphic design and editorial support, superb healthcare benefits and PTO.
Cons
Work-life balance is highly dependent on the team you work for and your supervisor. Poor client expectation management. Secretive about promotion timelines and path. They prioritize making money rather than supporting staff. Long and somewhat ridiculous training that takes you away from your work. Bonus structure makes it almost impossible to consistently get a worthwhile bonus.
