      Pros

      Easy job, not too stressful of an environment.

      Cons

      Upper management does not listen to staff and insists on doing the same thing over and over hoping for different results. Calling the same 20-50 people a day in hopes of scheduling someone for a study will not yield new patients.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
