      great Co-workers, great management, great benefits, promotes work-life balance, goo travel portal

      Cons

      They do not promote within!, Upper management and executives have no concern of their employees., too many changes, not cohesive, homebased employees do have the opportunity to see co-workers

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
