      Pros

      Friendly Employees, Flexible Work Timings, Cab Facility

      Cons

      Don't Expect any Recognition for your good work. They always have reasons if you ask for promotions or Pay raise. No Career Growth Innovations are asked but never implemented (If Implemented credit is not given to the original resource ). Too much hierarchy. Even Company is in Profits, they say as loss in term of cost cutting.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
