      Pros

      Leading CRO, experience will pretty much give you an opportunity to go to any CRO later on. Recognizable name that will also let you transition to industry sponsors if you wish.

      Cons

      Not intellectually stimulating, very mundane work. LM was never present and in my case, didn't bode well for new hires who were expected to be in office daily.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
