      Pros

      They have a formal work at home policy that allows you to work from home at almost anytime for many of the jobs.

      Cons

      The company is part of PAREXEL which is a CRO.Most large CRO's are known for long hours and poor senior management. It is a very hierarchical and bureaucratic organization. It's a good place to train for your next job.

      Pros

      full service CRO, lots of capabilities and resources for global studies. good at linking up resources/talent to study needs. very inclusive and good at recognizing talent. people are seen and best contributors are usually taken care of.

      Cons

      lots of changes being rolled out with limited transparency. contracting can be challenging. site payments and study closeout are areas that need improvement.
