      Good way to learn about pharma

      Cons

      Think of all the negatives of working for a CRO and multiple it by 3. Co-workers are nice but don't expect any solid help due to work stress. Some programming managers are weak in resource management and people skills. Systems frequently crash or run very slow. Help Desk functions poorly. A very stressful work environment - a large part is preventable.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
