      Pros

      Great exposure to lots and lots of clinical trials.

      Cons

      Constant change and turmoil. Management desires to increase profitability but struggles to execute on it. Large amount of turnover and difficult for all parties to follow all the various process and procedures. This leads to a great deal of frustration.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
