      Pros

      They have flexible time working hours and ability to work from home. Benefits pack is ok and vacation allowance is good.

      Cons

      All they seem to care about is profitability and not the employees well being. Making layoffs leaving company under staffed and putting extra stress on existing staff. They say they are the best in the industry but it is all lip service they are not.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
