-management lets sponsor make all the calls, even if its against SOPs -management will allow sponsor's to open studies despite study documents/budgets being finalized (adding risk to patient safety which was said to be "manageable") -management itself is seriously lacking as they are over worked -training provided is mediocre -you WILL NOT travel within your region (CRAs are expected to travel nationwide) -Company promotes two cost-of-living raises a year, but will likely provide only one -Management will falsify employee information to save themselves (keep receipts of everything you do:) -Internal promotions are next to zero probability -Compensation is not competitive -CRAs are expected to work overtime, no pay provided for this
