      Heavy investment in technology and training that is better than most CROs. Good channels of communications and support of activities that enable normal operations to proceed normally.

      Cons

      Periods of high activity and low activity that can work difficult for long range planning. Still significant level of decision making is held by a few at the highest level.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
