      - good pay and benefits, 401k matching - large organization with lots of area to move around and promote - good training programs, experienced colleagues - company/industry recognition - focus on advancing experience and role levels - many tools, dashboards, systems

      Cons

      - LOTS of work to go around, can be stressful and some are overworked and get burnt out - planning time off can be difficult around deliverables - a pro is the organization is large and has resources for employees, but also hard to navigate and find way around systems, people, etc

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
