      Superb work/life balance Opportunities for career growth if one takes initiative Friendly atmosphere Overall, a good job to cut your teeth and pick up that initial experience.

      Cons

      Cube/office environment if that's not your style Skills and experience does not translate very well within the clinical industry. Either you progress fast or not at all

      Pros

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
