Pros

“I’m incredibly proud of the work I did there—leading global patient recruitment initiatives and driving innovation in clinical trial engagement. I built strong cross-functional partnerships and delivered measurable results across complex, multinational studies. I’m grateful for my time at Parexel and the talented teams I had the opportunity to collaborate with.”

Cons

my position was terminated due to downsizing

Pros

Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

Cons

no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )

Pros

The only pro is that they offer remote work.

Cons

I would give zero stars if I could, but since I can’t, I’m forced to give one. They seem to have layoffs almost every year. Their US-based pharmacovigilance team was also affected in 2024 and 2025. It really feels like a hire-and-fire culture.
