fairly straightforward interview, ok upward mobility if you're trying to be in clinical research
Cons
micromanaging, cycling through new managers, not much increase in salary in new positions. high stress at times due to being understaffed and high turnover. they wont hire enough people so they blow up your phone last minute to call you in for overtime, but at the same time they don't like to give it when you really need it. getting time off approved when you want it was also difficult and they gave you a hard time for it, sometimes it was whoever the manager liked who got approved.
