The organizations growth potential is strictly up or out. The organization is culturally difficult for consultants that have experience and families. The organization uses an intricate framework model to rate its consult which hits on every aspect of a consultants performance including personal conduct, professionalism, behavior and communication. The ratings framework often lapses into double standards and weed out based criteria. Expect to be on pins and needles the whole time at this organization.
