Pariveda Solutions has been an incredible place to start and continue my career. Specifically, I have found that the formal and informal mentorship I've received has been instrumental for my own development as a consultant and as an individual. I truly value the mentors that I have had who have cared about my career trajectory as well as how I'm doing, what I hope to achieve in life, and more outside of just work. Additionally, Pariveda has transparent pay practices where you do not need to worry about promotion limits or caps. They generally hires well-rounded people who contribute to an environment of collaboration and servant leadership.
Cons
If you want to pursue development off the beaten track in other areas outside of technical implementation, it is difficult to achieve this in the lower levels at the company. You really have to pave your own way, advocate and create space for yourself for other disciplines in the product, UX/CX, business, and strategic spaces since this work is not the "bread and butter" of projects sold.
